My Rules Please Read Before Calling me!

You MUST come to my Tennessee home, meet my fur crew, see where my babies are raised, and how my animals are cared for. If you don't buy from me you should still do this!

Red, Chocolates, Phantoms and Blue Merle puppies are hard to come by and the price will reflect that. Also, I do not breed for tiny teacup puppies! The average adult weight of one of my pups is 6-8 pounds. I do occasionally have tiny teacups. These babies will be considerably more expensive and will NOT be adopted to homes with young children.

The only way I place a hold or reserve on a puppy is with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in my hand. Balance is due when you pick up your baby and must be paid in CASH. I would like to think that everyone is honest and with all the time I spend talking to people before they ever come to my home, you still really don't know people. So please don't take offense to me asking for cash.

All puppies are sold with a health guarantee and a strict spay/neuter contract. No papers will be given until I have a statement in writing from a vet showing surgery was performed. If spay/neuter is not done health warranty is voided. My babies are sold as PETS only and are to be loved and spoiled!!

A puppy is a lifelong investment. A puppy is not something you go into lightly. You should do a lot of research and consideration before you take on this responsibility. I'll provide you with a small amount of information on my breed, but please follow up on your own to see what breed best suits your family and lifestyle.

As someone who also does rescue, I have seen many horror stories in several states. So I ask this of you. PLEASE PLEASE go to the home of the person you are buying your puppy from. A good quality responsible breeder will want you to come to their home. Period. End of story. I do require the puppies to be old enough to have had their first shots before you handle them! I will also limit any visits when we have new babies. They have no immunity yet and I will not risk exposing them to outside risk. Please understand this is for your baby's safety!

SCAMMERS ARE OUT THERE IN ABUNDANCE!! LOOK FOR THE RED FLAGS GUYS!! If someone wants to meet you somewhere, they DO NOT want you to see their home or how their dogs are kept. They have something to hide. They will try to tell you it's to make it easier on you, so you don't have to drive so far, because they live in the country, etc etc etc If a puppy is that important to you, then the extra drive time won't matter.

Also please ask questions. Lots of questions. Ask for references, and for any thing else that will make you feel safe and secure in your choice. When researching breeders pay attention. How many breeds do they raise? Look for the red flags. If they have many different breeds of dogs, then what conditions are they kept in and how are they kept apart and how many puppies do they produce a year? Are they breeding for standards and health and being responsible or are they in it for the money only? Mass-produced puppies are not what you want and not how any animals should be treated.

I breed quality, healthy happy puppies. I keep careful records and know the bloodlines of my babies. Let me show you! My adults have NO genetic defects and I have never produced a puppy with one in 25 years. Not to say that it couldn't happen but my goal is to prevent it. I don't specialize in the tiny pocket puppies but I do have them from time to time. I prefer a larger puppy so I don't worry so much. Everyone wants the smallest baby they can buy and they don't realize the work and effort that go into them. When they are born till about 12 weeks they require round-the-clock care and observation for signs of hyperglycemia, low calcium, and shaking. Their body temps have to be regulated and any special needs must be met. As adults, they are still ones you need to be very careful with. They are not meant for homes with small children. They break easily!! Jumping off a couch could lead to a broken leg. Any number of things really. So when I do have one of these teeny tiny's, I'm all about them and seeing that they go to the RIGHT homes. I'm looking for someone who wants a baby to be with them all the time. To travel with them and sleep with them. I ask a lot of questions for this reason. These are MY babies first and MY responsibility to make sure they have the best furever home possible!!

Do you keep a waiting list?

No. previously I did, but its a logistical nightmare. I post the babies I have. I will hold a baby with a $500 non refundable deposit.

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes! I provide a full health guarantee on every baby that leaves my home.

How much does it cost?

My pricing varies depending on colors and sizes. Puppies are in the $2000 to $4000 range. If you see a teeny tiny adorable baby for $400, ITS A SCAM! As a quality breeder, I put thousands of dollars into my program yearly for premium food, vetting, testing ect. Reputable breeders dont have $400 pups.

Do you offer shipping?

Absolutely not. I will never ship a baby. That is traumatic and dangerous and if someone is offering to do so, run!!!

Can you guarantee size and color?

No. I will chart their weight from birth and with 30 years experience, I can give you a pretty great guess as to size but sometimes one gets past me. Colors often change. They can lighten or fade.

Will you come meet me or can someone pick up for me?

No. You must come to my home. I have legally binding contracts that must be signed by purchaser.

Do you sell without spay/neuter contract or offer stud service?

No. ALL babies will have a mandatory Spay/Neuter contract. I will never stud out. There are 1000's of diseases, parasites and viruses out there and I will never chance bringing that into my home.
